Mama Earth Farm is located in Somerset, near Placerville. They use certified organic compost and seeds, as well as traditional organic practices to produce vibrant fruits and vegetables that they sell locally. Mama Earth Farm’s main production season is from April 15 to November 15. They sell their produce at several local grocery stores, local farmer’s markets, through their weekly box program, Mama Earth Farm stand, and occasionally to restaurants.
Mama Earth Farm also sells flowers to Flowers on Main Florist in Placerville and at the farmer’s market. Mama Earth Farm produces a variety of vegetables including lettuce, chard, kale, carrots, beets, squash, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, radishes, basil, fennel, cucumbers, spinach and parsley.
